Job Description

The Supply Chain Supervisor will support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of logistics operations within the company. The role focuses on ensuring efficient transportation, proper inventory management, and smooth coordination with logistics partners while maintaining compliance with company procedures and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize logistics operations (transportation, storage, and delivery).
• Manage, control, and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate logistics activities with suppliers, transporters, and clients.
• Track shipments and ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.
• Optimize logistics costs and improve operational processes.
• Prepare and verify transport documents and logistics reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics performance.

Experiences

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Experience managing transport and delivery operations.
• Experience coordinating with transporters, suppliers, and clients.
• Experience in a transport or logistics company is an advantage.
• University or technical degree in Logistics, Transport, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of logistics procedures and transport documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, or logistics software.
• Fluency in French is required.
• Knowledge of English is an asset.
