Job Description
As part of the expansion of our transport and logistics activities, we are seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of our truck fleet to ensure optimal availability and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy-duty trucks
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
- Carry out repairs promptly to minimize vehicle downtime
- Conduct regular inspections of key systems: engine, braking, transmission, suspension, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date technical records and service reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and workshop procedures
- Support the management of spare parts and consumables
- Collaborate with the transport team to ensure fleet availability

Experiences & Qualifications
- Diploma in automotive mechanics / heavy-duty mechanics or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in heavy truck maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with truck brands (Mercedes-Benz, SINOTRUK, DONGFENG) is an asset
- Ability to work under pressure, outside the city, and beyond regular working hours
- Team spirit, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility
