Job Description
The Sales Representative will support the company’s business development activities by identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting transport and logistics services. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective and timely commercial solutions in line with company objectives and standards.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Promote the company’s services (road transport, fuel transportation, cross-border logistics, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on commercial offers and quotations
- Negotiate rates and contracts in line with the company’s strategy
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze the market, competition, and pricing trends
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Follow up on payments in collaboration with the finance department

Experiences
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
- at least 2 years of sales experience in the transport, logistics, or freight forwarding sector
- Proven experience in business development
- Good knowledge of regional logistics corridors
