Job Description

Gelux SARL is seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our HSE team in Lubumbashi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company premises, personnel, and assets in line with Gelux’s operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure assigned areas at all times.

• Conduct regular patrols around company premises.

• Intervene promptly in case of incidents or irregularities.

• Control access to company facilities and verify identification where required.

Skills

• Minimum of a State diploma.

• Good command of French (spoken and written).

• Excellent communication and observation skills.

• High sense of confidentiality, integrity, and honesty.

Experiences

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a security guard.

• Must present a clean criminal record (no prior offenses).

• Provide two professional references from recent employers.
